There are many reasons why one or many of the points in our Safe Guide cannot be fully satisfied by a manufacturer or product. That doesn’t necessarily means that the system do not perform as expected or it won’t last for the life cycle of the project. For example, a new manufacturer, or new turbine, will have a small sales record or the system has been tested but not certified.
This means choosing a system that do not fulfill the Safe Buying Guidelines will have an extra risk attached to it. For that case, we have prepare a list of topics to considered while buying a small wind turbine.
